In 2014 he was promoted to the rank of Magistrate of the Supreme Court, where he has served in its Third Chamber, specifically in the Fourth, First (admissions) and currently in the Second Section for Tax matters.

According to the law firm, the importance of the cassation appeal, which in its current configuration has proved to be key in the Legal panorama and the current Procedural system, makes the incorporation of Cudero to Pérez-Llorca a fundamental value and a distinctive element.

Clara Jiménez, partner head of the Tax team at Pérez-Llorca, said: “The incorporation of Jesús strengthens an essential area for the economic and legal system of our country, which is becoming increasingly important for the firm’s clients. It is an honour that a professional of Jesús’ weight has decided to join our project to continue to make it grow with the legal quality we are always looking for.”
