Pérez-Llorca advises Goodman on €37m industrial Real Estate deal

Pérez-Llorca has advised global property logistics company Goodman on its acquisition of a 108,457 sqm land in Madrid for €37 million from Greenoak fund

The purchases land is placed on the old Iveco-Pegaso factory, very close to Madrid Barajas Adolfo Suárez airport. The company has acquired 11 plots of land owned by the GreenOak fund in the area known as Pegaso City for €37 million and is the largest land acquisition by Goodman in continental Europe.

According to the company, the project, named Goodman Madrid Gate, will be ready to start construction in the first quarter of 2021.

In a statement to El Economista, Ignacio García Cuenca, Goodman’s Country Manager in Spain, told that on this land, Goodman will invest in three independent buildings that will have “the latest standards in terms of aesthetics, sustainability and well-being for future employees.”

Pérez-Llorca´s team was led by Real Estate partner Javier Muñoz Méndez (pictured), assisted by Real Estate associates José Ángel Nabal Gómez and Diego Peral Pereira.
