PepsiCo appoints Eva Froger Jamaa in Iberia and Italy
PepsiCo has appointed Eva Froger Jamaa as Junior Legal Counsel for Iberia and Italy, strengthening its in-house legal team across the two markets.
Based in Barcelona, Froger Jamaa joined PepsiCo in July 2026 and will work within the legal team coordinated by John Rigau, VP, General Counsel West Europe and Sustainability Europe.
Commenting on her move on LinkedIn, Froger Jamaa said she was “very excited” to join PepsiCo and described the appointment as an opportunity to continue learning and developing her career while experiencing the legal profession “from an in-house perspective.”
The profile
She joins from Spanish law firm RocaJunyent, where she spent around 18 months advising on corporate law and M&A matters, initially as a legal intern before becoming a junior lawyer.
Froger Jamaa previously completed an internship in EY’s M&A department in Barcelona and gained experience with the legal department of Guatemala’s Defensoría de la Mujer Indígena.
