Peninsula Capital Partners, a venture capital firm, has acquired a majority stake in Red Kiwi, the Spain based provider of medical services and cosmetic surgery from Atalante, a private equity firm.
The consideration was €140m.
The transaction provides an exit strategy for Atalante SAS.
