Inveready to acquire 51% of Bidasoa Agregador, the advisors

Inveready Technology Investment Group, the venture capital firm, is to acquire 51% of Bidasoa Agregador, the local Spain based Masmovil’s fibre access network business from Masmovil Ibercom, the local provider of internet, telephony, broadband and dedicated servers services.

The terms of the deal were undisclosed.

The transaction is estimated to be valued at and enterprise value EUR 580m.
