Pbbr advises Remake Live on €8 M retail park purchase

Pbbr advised Remake Live, a French SCPI (a collective real estate investment vehicle) managed by Remake Asset Management, on the acquisition of Setúbal Retail Park. This commercial space, formerly owned by Sesagest, a Sonae group entity, is currently 100% occupied by renowned brands such as Worten, Maxmat and KFC – Kentucky Fried Chicken. With a transaction value of around 8.2 million, this acquisition represents a further step in Remake Live’s international expansion strategy, and is the company’s first property operation in Portugal.

The pbbr team involved in this operation was led by Pedro Pinto, partner in the real estate
practice, and also had Mário Silva Costa, partner in the tax practice, Isabel Brazão de Castro, managing associate in the same practice, and Tânia Osório, partner in the urban planning and construction practice (all pictured from left to right).
