Osborne Clarke advises Xior Student Housing NV on the acquisition of Collblanc Student Housing SL

Osborne Clarke has advised the Belgium based real estate investment trust which invests in student accommodation, Xior Student Housing NV, on the acquisition of a student housing company based in Spain known as Collblanc Student Housing SL.

Xior Student Housing NV is specialised in the field of student housing in Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.
