GA_P advises Crane Venture Partners LLP on the acquisition of an undisclosed stake in Bosutech Xxi SL

Alex PujolGomez-Acebo & Pombo Abogados has advised Crane Venture Partners LLP on the acquisition of an undisclosed stake in Bosutech Xxi SL, the Spain based API developer to build AI-powered search engines, through a seed funding round.

The consideration value for this operation was $5.4million.

The team from GA_P was led by the Mercantil’s Partner, Alex Pujol (pictured left) and the Corporate lawyer, Monica Martells (pictured right).
