Ortega Condomines promotes Jorge Barbat to partner in labour
Ortega Condomines Abogados has promoted Jorge Barbat Soler to partner in its labour practice, following more than 12 years with the firm.
Barbat has worked closely with Eduardo Ortega Figueiral throughout his career at the firm, contributing to the development and consolidation of its Labour practice. His promotion forms part of Ortega Condomines’ strategy of strengthening its internal talent and recognising the development of professionals within the firm.
During his career, Barbat has advised clients on a range of employment matters and has led multiple projects for the firm. He has also contributed to the development of specialised publications and legal content produced by Ortega Condomines.
Barbat will continue working within the firm’s labour department from his new position as partner, supporting clients and contributing to the further development of the practice.
The promotion also reinforces the firm’s leadership structure in labour, where Barbat has developed his career over more than a decade.
