Onyria Group acquires Domus Arena: advisors
The Onyria Group has acquired Domus Arena, a Portuguese reference in the residential and senior care sector, from Coul and Medexpansion, the shareholders. The Onyria Group was advised by CCA Law Firm, while PwC Portugal advised the shareholders.
