AGM Abogados hires Molina as tax partner
AGM Abogados has added Gonzalo Molina Marinas as a new partner in its Tax Department in Madrid, as the firm continues to expand its presence in the Spanish capital.
Gonzalo Molina joins AGM from Ramón y Cajal Abogados and becomes part of the firm’s tax partnership team alongside Jordi Rovira and Leonardo Cárdenas, reinforcing a practice that provides ongoing advice to national and international companies on tax matters.

The profile
Gonzalo Molina holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid, along with a Master’s Degree in Taxation and Tax Advisory and a Master’s Degree in Economic and Financial Management from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF). He has more than 20 years of experience in tax advisory work, having built much of his career at national and international firms, where he advised multinational groups, tax groups and high-net-worth individuals on direct and indirect taxation matters, corporate restructuring transactions and asset acquisitions and disposals.
His practice also covers assisting and representing companies and individuals in tax inspection proceedings, as well as appearances before economic-administrative authorities and contentious-administrative courts.
