Ontier appoints Fredy Martín Guerra compliance partner in Peru
Ontier continues to expand its team in Peru with the appointment of Fredy Martín Guerra Rojas as a new partner in its compliance practice. His addition reinforces the firm’s ability to provide strategic advisory services in regulatory compliance across the country.
With over 15 years of experience, Guerra Rojas has led the implementation and auditing of compliance programs in key areas such as anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, competition law, and data protection. Before joining Ontier, he played a crucial role as corporate compliance officer at the Peruvian construction company Cosapi, where he developed compliance models for Latin America based on international standards.
A law graduate from Universidad San Martín de Porres, Guerra Rojas also has a strong background in business, finance, and sustainability. He has completed master’s programs at Universidad ESAN, Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, and Ealde Business School. Additionally, he is an internationally recognized compliance specialist, holding certifications such as Senior Compliance Officer and Lead Auditor for Compliance Systems.
