Ontier and BonelliErede advise on Seidor-HT deal
Ontier has advised Spanish technology group Seidor on the completion of its acquisition of the remaining 40% stake in HT High Technology, an Italian company specialising in IT solutions for businesses. BonelliErede advised the shareholder of HT High Technology on the sell-side.
With this transaction, Seidor now holds 100% of HT High Technology’s share capital, completing an integration process that began two years ago with the initial acquisition of a 60% stake.
