Nicoletta Ravidà to lead AIMS’ legal & compliance

Nicoletta Ravidà (pictured), an executive search professional specialising in legal and compliance profiles, has joined AIMS International as head of legal & compliance practice, with responsibility for building and developing the firm’s new practice dedicated to recruiting legal and compliance professionals and executives.

Based in Milan, Ravidà will cover Southern Europe, with a particular focus on Italy, France and Spain. Her appointment marks the launch of a dedicated legal and compliance recruitment practice at AIMS, an executive search firm with 25 years of experience and an international network.

For Ravidà, the move represents a return to a strongly international environment following her time at KeyPartners, where she had been a partner since 2024, focusing on executive search and recruitment across the legal and compliance market.

Before that, she spent more than eight years as Director Southern Europe at Taylor Root, specialising in the recruitment of legal, compliance and risk professionals.

Ravidà therefore brings to AIMS extensive experience in legal recruitment across both domestic and international markets. Speaking to Inhousecommunity Europe, she said of her new role: “My decision to join AIMS reflects my desire to broaden my international perspective by becoming part of a global network with a long and established track record in executive search.”
