Ontier advises Canadian Solar on the acquisition of three photovoltaic projects in Navarra
Ontier advised Canadian Solar, in particular Canadian Solar Netherlands Cooperatief (as purchaser) and Canadian Solar Emea Capital Markets (as purchaser) and Canadian Solar Emea Capital Markets (as guarantor), in the acquisition of a portfolio of three photovoltaic projects under development (including their evacuation infrastructures and other elements of the installation) of 149.7MWp of aggregate capacity in Torres del Río and Lazagurría (Navarra), Spain.
The value of the deal is confidential.
