Ontier advises ATAM on the sale of Servitelco
Ontier has advised the association ATAM for family support, a mutual support organisation in Spain, on the sale of 100% of its subsidiary Servicios Sociales de Telecomunicaciones (Servitelco) to the Ilunion Group (ONCE).
Ilunion was founded in 2014 and has worked to unify a multitude of companies operating in different sectors in the country, creating a business group with more than 36,000 professionals and exporting the model to other countries.
The team from Ontier advising ATAM was formed by the corporate and M&A lawyers from the Oviedo office, Pelayo García-Bernardo (pictured centre) and Ignacio Arce (pictured right), and from the tax department, Carlos Cañas (pictured left).
