CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has added Sara Piñero Mosquera (pictured), an expert in financial regulatory law, payments and innovation, to the firm’s insurance and innovation practice.
Piñero Mosquera comes from finReg360, where in recent years she has specialised in matters related to banking law, payment services, crypto-assets, and investment and insurance services. She also has extensive experience in the payment services and Fintech sectors, as well as in investment services, insurance and sustainability.
Sara Piñero‘s incorporation joins, in recent months, Guillermo Ruiz Barrilero and Raquel Sánchez, who joined the firm last september and july, respectively.
“Sara is an excellent professional and it is a great pleasure to have her join our team. The rise of the fintech sector in the spanish market has brought with it major regulatory changes and more and more companies are demanding this type of advice, so Sara will be a key member of the team,” says Jaime Bofill, partner in the insurance and innovation practice.
