New employment advice department at MA Abogados
MA Abogados has recently created a new employment advice department for companies with the aim of offering comprehensive advice to companies on regulatory compliance.
The lawyer, Luis Mosquera Montero-Ríos (pictured), will be in charge of the labour department for companies at the firm led by José María Michavila and Ángel Acebes.
“At a time of constant regulatory changes, knowledge of the legislation, analysis of the risks of non-compliance and the impact they may have on the company make the implementation of a good, tailor-made compliance system a fundamental tool in the organisation”, explained from MA Abogados.
The new head of the employment advice department for companies has a degree in Law from the Complutense University and has more than 23 years of experience as an employment lawyer, most of them working in human resources departments of different companies, providing consultancy services.
Mosquera Montero-Ríos also teaches labour law in different educational centres and business schools, such as Tajamar, Cece, Escuela Europea de Dirección y Empresa, Instituto de Formación Financiera y Empresarial de La Coruña or Centro de Estudios Garrigues, among many others.
