New director of CEU’s master’s degree in access to the legal profession
Carlos Cuesta (pictured) has been appointed as the new director of the master’s degree in access to the legal profession at CEU San Pablo University in Madrid.
The new director specialises in corporate recoveries, insolvency proceedings, litigation and commercial operations with extensive experience as a lawyer and insolvency administrator.
He has also been teaching at the CEU San Pablo University for more than ten years and has academic experience at the Madrid Bar Association where he directs, together with his partners the former Minister of Justice Rafael Catalá and José Carles, the master’s degree in corporate restructuring.
