RocaJunyent advised on the acquisition of a sofware company
RocaJunyent has advised InHouse Digital, a lithuanian software development company, on the acquisition of 100% of Pragma Informática, a software company specialising in technological services for companies in the real estate sector with more than thirty years of experience.
The transaction was led by Santi Pagès and Lourdes Amigó de Bonet, partner and senior associate in M&A and corporate, and is part of the inorganic growth strategy that inhouse is developing at european level.
Santi and Lourdes have extensive experience in contract and corporate law and both have been involved in numerous mergers, acquisitions, dissolutions, liquidations and sales of companies, representing Spanish and multinational companies.
