Morais Leitão has advised Anchorage Capital Group on the sale of the Expo Tower at the Parque das Nações

Anchorage Capital Group has announced the sale of the Expo Tower building to Ageas Portugal Group. Located in the Parque das Nações in Lisbon, with about 6,000 sqm. and including 105 parking spaces, is one of the most emblematic Real Estate properties in the city.

Morais Leitão´s  team was led by Corporate and Real Estate partner João Torroaes Valente (pictured), and involved senior associate Andreia Bento Simões, associate Manuel Ponces Magalhães, and trainee Beatriz Ramos Lopes.

CBRE, EY and NPN – Neves, Pinheiro, Neves & Associados were also involved in the operation.
