Montero Aramburu signs Miguel Cuesta Boothman as Commercial partner

Montero Aramburo has recently signed Miguel Cuesta Boothman as its Commercial partner and Rebeca Cuesta Boothman as lawyer, both from Cuesta de Frutos, to join its Madrid office

Miguel Cuesta (pictured) holds a degree in Law from the Universidad San Pablo CEU. He began his professional career in Bertelsmann and in German law firm Brandi Dröge Piltz Heuer & Gronemeyer. In 1999 he joined law firm Cuesta Abogados, founded by his father in the 70’s, assuming the position of managing partner since 2002. In 2014, the firm merged with De Frutos Abogados, creating Cuesta de Frutos.

Miguel Cuesta has extensive experience in Commercial and Procedural law, having advised throughout his career on numerous transactions involving the purchase and sale of companies, mergers, spin-offs, joint ventures and acquisitions of business branches, financing of energy projects and construction.
His international profile is noteworthy, as he has extensive experience in advising national and international clients in Spain, France, Germany and the United Kingdom, intervening in different European jurisdictions.

Together with the new partner, Montero Aramburu has incorporated lawyer Rebeca Cuesta Boothman. She graduated in Law in 2005 from the Universidad San Pablo CEU and holds a Master´s degree in Human Resources from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Rebeca Cuesta joined Cuesta Abogados in 2010 where she has been advising national and international companies on Commercial, Labor and Data Protection areas.
