Montero Aramburu names three tax partners

Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia has appointed Fernando Toledo Bermejo, Luis Cánovas Santos and Felipe Fernández-Sacristán Garrido as equity partners in its tax practice, raising the firm’s total number of partners to 21.

The profiles

Fernando Toledo Bermejo holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Complutense, a law degree from the Universidad Abat Oliba, and a master’s in Tax Advisory from IE Business School. He has spent more than two decades in the firm’s tax department, focusing on tax advisory for corporate groups. He has played a central role in the growth of the Las Palmas office and the firm’s broader development in the Canary Islands.

Luis Cánovas Santos holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Sevilla and has built an extensive track record within Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia’s Tax practice, advising both companies and individuals on tax matters. He currently drives the development of the practice from the firm’s Seville and Málaga offices, with a focus on the Andalusian business community.

Felipe Fernández-Sacristán Garrido holds a law degree from the Universidad de Sevilla and a master’s in Tax Advisory. He specialises in tax advisory, with particular experience in corporate taxation, excise duties and energy. He currently heads the firm’s Córdoba office, contributing to the firm’s growth and positioning across Andalusia.
