Montero Aramburu advises Aerotecnic on Henko deal

Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia has advised Aerotecnic, a company based in Andalusia specialised in aerostructures and components for the aerospace sector, on the transaction through which the fund Henko Partners enters its capital. The deal marks the start of a new growth stage for Aerotecnic, which closed 2025 with revenues above €45 million.

Under the new shareholding structure, Henko Partners acquires a majority stake, while Enrique Marqués, founding partner and general manager of Aerotecnic, retains a significant percentage, underscoring the group’s strategic continuity and its commitment to the industrial project and the company’s future development, according to the law firm. The existing management team will continue to lead the company, which keeps its identity, its workforce of 400 employees spread across five production sites in Seville and Cádiz.
