Cuatrecasas advises Buenavista Equity Partners on financing for Torrecárdenas
Cuatrecasas has advised Buenavista Equity Partners on the financing agreement reached with New Capital for the development of a new parking facility at the Torrecárdenas University Hospital in Almería.
The project has been designed with a focus on sustainable mobility and energy efficiency, reflecting the growing integration of environmental criteria into healthcare infrastructure developments. The new parking facility is expected to improve accessibility to the hospital while incorporating sustainable design and operational features.
