Milbank advises The Cranemere Group on Spanish Acquabella acquisition

International law firm Milbank has advised The Cranemere Group, a London-headquartered holding company, on their acquisition of Spain-based company Acquabella, including the bank financing to finance the purchase

 

Acquabella offers engineered stone bathroom products and will continue to operate independently under Cranemere’s Engineered Stone Group, alongside Marmite, establishing a leading European supplier of engineered stone products.
