Armando Rozados leaves RocaJunyent’s project in Andalusia to join Martínez-Echevarría as head of its Seville office.

After 36 years of practicing law, he leaves the RocaJunyent project in Andalusia, to which he gave his name, RocaJunyent, Gaona Palacios y Rozados. Specializing in the field of Business Law, Armando intervenes in all legal issues related to the corporate world, with a broad vision of the company, in its commercial, contracting, corporate, restructuring, financial and civil (asset organization) aspects. Human Resources are also part of his expertise in the business environment, advising on RPT, crisis situations, collective bargaining, reclassifications and legal issues related to the teams.
Rozados has advised numerous companies, public corporations, and boards of directors, being part of them as secretary, counselor or legal advisor. In all this time he has been advisor to TVE, RNE, Corporación RTVE, Empresa Publica de Suelo de Andalucía, Endesa, Reale Seguros, Andalusian public sector companies, banks, developers and construction companies.
The lawyer has also worked for the health sector and multinationals in the industrial sector, food distribution companies, agricultural companies, the top leisure sector (Polo Valley, in Sotogrande), Grupo RIVES and the Holding Grupo Tapas, a multinational company dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of non-refillable caps for liquor and oil.
