Crowe hires Levón Grigorián as Banking & Finance partner
Crowe has bolstered its Banking and Finance Law department with the appointment of Levón Grigorián (pictured right) as a new partner. This move further solidifies the team established in 2024 under the leadership of Joaquín Alegre (pictured left).
Grigorián, an Armenian attorney with over 11 years of experience, brings extensive expertise in real estate financing, infrastructure and project financing, aircraft financing, and debt refinancing, with a focus on both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Until now he has been the managing partner at GK Group Legal and has a well-established track record in banking and finance deals, having advised on numerous financing and debt restructuring transactions. These include real estate, renewable energy, infrastructure, and aircraft finance projects, as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and real estate developments.
From June 2012 to May 2022, Grigorián served as a principal associate at the prestigious Iberian law firm Cuatrecasas, working across its New York, London, São Paulo, Madrid, Barcelona, and Zaragoza offices.
His international experience also includes a stint in 2018 as an international associate at the Chinese law firm DHH Beijing in its Washington, D.C. office, and in 2019, as an international associate at the Russian law firm Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners in Moscow.
With this addition, Crowe continues to strengthen its capabilities in banking and finance, reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in a dynamic and competitive market.
