Linklaters Portugal has confirmed Raquel Galvão Silva has been promoted to Counsel

Linklaters Portugal has confirmed Raquel Galvão Silva has been promoted to Counsel for the Dispute Resolution area.

In a statement on the firm’s LinkedIn channel, it read: “We are delighted to announce that Raquel Galvão Silva has been elected Counsel of the Dispute Resolution department of the Lisbon office. This is the well-deserved recognition for a career of success, based on high personal qualities, technical capacity and intellectual curiosity. Congratulations to Raquel for her continuous talent and excellence.”

Galvão Silva has spent her entire almost 15 year career at Linklaters, joining the firm as an associate in 2007 and being promoted to managing associate in 2017. She holds a degree in Law from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and an (LLM) in International Arbitration from Queen Mary University of London, where she achieved a Distinction.
