Linklaters appoints Pablo Medina and Esteban Arza as counsel

Linklaters has appointed two Spanish lawyers as counsel from a total of 32 promotions across 11 jurisdictions and 10 practice areas

Linklaters has named a total of 32 new counsels, 23 are outside of London, with new female counsel in 9 different offices across the globe. Almost half of the new counsel are women with 15 new female counsel (47%). The new promotions take effect on May 1, 2020.

In this list, there are two Spanish lawyers, Pablo Medina (pictured left), from Capital Markets practice and Esteban Arza (pictured right), until now managing associate M&A/corporate. Pablo joined the firm in 2006 and Esteban in 2013. Both are being promoted to counsel from the managing associate position in their respective areas at the firm´s Madrid office.
