Linklaters advises Ardian on the sale of its 15.6% stake in eDreams
Linklaters has advised Ardian on the sale of its 15.6% stake in eDreams Odigeo through a placement of its shares with institutional investors.
Ardian is a leading global private investment house with $140 billion of assets under management or advice across Europe, North America and Asia.
Through this agreement, the Ardian fund exits eDreams after twelve years as a shareholder of the company.
