Latham & Watkins on Cobee’s $41m Series B round
Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures and Notion Capital on the $41 million Series B financing round of Cobee.
Cobee is a comprehensive platform for flexible and automated management of employee benefit plans.
The round was led by Octopus Ventures and Notion Capital, with participation from previous investors Balderton Capital, Speedinvest and Dila Capital.
The team from Latham Watkins advising Octopus Ventures and Notion Capital was led by Shing Lo, partner in the London office and José Antonio Sánchez-Dafos (pictured), partner in the Madrid office. Samantha Peacock, associate in London, and Marta Portuondo and Elena Martínez de Luco, associates in the Madrid office, also participated in the transaction.
