Linklaters adds new International Capital Markets managing associate from CC
Linklaters Spain has incorporated lawyer Stacey Zverev as a managing associate in the International Capital Markets department, which partner Federico Briano leads
The law firm announces that Zverev has recently re-joined Linklaters Spain as a managing associate in the International Capital Markets area, which is led by partner Federico Briano (pictured left).
Stacey (pictured right) studied English Law with French Law at University College London (UCL). She began to work at Linklaters London in 2013, where she remained until 2019. Stacey was on secondment to the Madrid office from May 2017 to October 2018. She has worked in Clifford Chance Madrid for the last two years.
Stacey has extensive experience in International Debt and Equity Capital Markets transactions and products, including IPOs, rights issues, standalone bond issuances including equity-linked bonds (convertibles and exchangeable), Regulatory Capital and hybrid instruments, MTN programmes and drawdowns and liability management (tender offers, consent solicitations, etc.).
Clients advised by Stacey include major international companies, investment banks and financial institutions. She has advised on many of the most outstanding deals in the Capital Markets area in the last years.
