Linklaters acts for Banco Sabadell on sale of GNB Sudameris stake

Linklaters advised Banco Sabadell on the sale of the 4.99 per cent stake it held in Colombian bank GNB Sudameris to Glenoaks Investments.

 

The deal was valued at €53.5 million.

Sabadell bought the stake in October 2015 for around €44 million euros.

The Linklaters team was led by Esteban Arza (pictured, top) and included partner Javier García-Pita (pictured, bottom left), and associate María Nussbaum (pictured, bottom right).
