Lexroom expands into France and Bulgaria

Lexroom has completed its first acquisitions with the purchase of French legal AI company Query Juriste and Bulgarian platform Praven Intelekt, expanding its presence to five European markets: Italy, Spain, Germany, France and Bulgaria.

The transactions form part of the company’s strategy to combine organic growth and M&A to strengthen its AI platform for legal professionals across Europe. The founders and teams of both companies will join Lexroom, while the acquired brands will gradually transition to the group’s identity.

In France, Query Juriste contributes around 300 clients and 1,000 paying users, while Praven Intelekt adds more than 600 clients in Bulgaria, giving Lexroom its first presence in Central and Eastern Europe.

The company currently serves more than 20,000 clients, employs over 200 professionals and surpassed €20 million in annual recurring revenue during 2026. In Spain, where it operates from Madrid and Barcelona, Lexroom has reached €2 million in ARR and expects to grow its team to around 40 employees by year-end.
