Lexer recruits BBVA´s head of Litigation

Lexer has hired Juan Carlos Pérez Moreno as of counsel in the Litigation area, led by Samuel Tronchoni

Juan Carlos Pérez (pictured) holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, as well as a diploma in Corporate and Bankruptcy Law from the Centro de Estudios del Banco de España. He has collaborated as a lecturer at the Universidad CEU San Pablo, at the Centre for Banking Law Studies of the Madrid Bar Association and at the School of Legal Practice of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Throughout his long career of more than 35 years in the banking sector, he has built up a solid reputation as a specialist in Civil, Commercial, Consumer and Insolvency Litigation, holding decisión-making positions as head of Legal of Commercial Banking at BBVA Spain and, for the last 16 years, as head of the Litigation Legal Services of BBVA Spain.

With his incorporation, the firm gains an important asset with the main objective of reinforcing the Litigation area with a high level of advice that will allow the firm to face the challenges and objectives of the coming years.
