Legal Quatro Abogados has advised the French technology multinational Devoteam in the acquisition of a majority stake in the company Inlogiq Software Quality, a Valencian company specialized in business process automation solutions.
Inlogiq is a technology company specialized in developing innovative solutions to drive the digital transformation of organizations. Since its founding in 2016, it has focused on offering services ranging from strategic planning and project management to software development, test automation and continuous integration.
Devoteam is an AI-driven technology consulting firm specializing in cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data and sustainability, relying on more than 11,000 technology architects in more than 25 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to fulfill its purpose. With this acquisition, the company expands territorially, consolidating its position in the Valencian Community and strengthening its presence and proximity to clients and public bodies in the region.
