KWM advises Moira Capital on its stake acquisition in Vooivo

King & Wood Mallesons has advised Moira Capital Partners on its acquisition of around 45 per cent stake in Vooivo Technologies for €15 million

The Private Equity firm specialised in direct investments in innovative Spanish companies Moira Capital Partners has entered into the shareholding of Voovio Technologies, a Spanish company specialised in industry-applied simulation and reality, with an investment of €15 million, a stake close to 45 per cent of the company.

The capital will be used to finance the business plan, which includes the expansion of the current senior sales and operations team in the US and the continuous improvement of its proposal around the hosting (Voovio Cloud) of its solutions.

San Sebastian-headquartered Voovio has developed a software that brings a new patented visual format called Enhanced Reality, providing a photographic and interactive digital replica of a company´s facilities.
