KWM advises EKZ Renewables on a €40m PV project
King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) Energy team has advised Swiss company EKZ Renewables (EKZ) on the acquisition of a photovoltaic solar project in Algibicos (Murcia)
According to the firm, the plant will have a total power of 49.08 MW and an annual production of 93 GW.
The project, which has a total investment of €40 million, has just begun to be built and is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2020.
Energy partner at King & Wood Mallesons, Gonzalo Olivera (pictured), was responsible for advising EKZ on the acquisition of this project, in which senior associate Alberto Artés also collaborated.
