KPMG Abogados has advised DB Schenker, on the expansion of its logistic network in Spain
The transaction, where the value has been undisclosed, implies the expansion of DB Schenker’s logistics network in Spain. This expansion is through the acquisition of seven new logistic centres (Córdoba, Lucena, Sevilla, Málaga, Benicarló and Castellón), as well as 150 employees. The resulting expansion will ensure a total workforce of 2,100 employees in 31 locations in Spain.
