Jordi García joins Augusta Abogados
Jordi García joins Augusta Abogados as counsel in the labour department.
García will be based in Madrid. Since 1/02/2014, Garcia is director of the social affairs department at the Confederation of Employers and Industries of Spain (CEOE). He is professor of labour and social security law at the Law Faculty-Universidad de Barcelona.
He is member in the Spanish Economic and Social Council (CES) designated by the most representative employers’ organisations. He is member of Social solution system for non-jurisdictional matters between companies in Spain (SIMA). He is author of several scientific papers.
