Jones Day has advised the visual effects company, FuseFX, on the acquisition of El Ranchito Imagen Digital.

FuseFX is a visual effects studio providing services for television, feature films, commercials and virtual productions. El Ranchito is an independent visual effects studio based in Madrid with an office in Barcelona.

“The team at El Ranchito has created a fantastic company whose culture and philosophy fully match our own. We are thrilled to partner with them to further expand our service offerings, tools and locations to our clients. El Ranchito’s previous work on high-profile projects such as ‘Game of Thrones’, ‘Shadow and Bone’, ‘Stranger Things’ or ‘The Mandalorian’ has cemented their position as a truly elite visual effects provider in the market”, said Sébastien Bergeron, CEO of Fuse Group.
