DLA Piper advises Adamo on the acquisition of fiber optics
DLA Piper has advised the Spain based telecommunication carrier, Adamo Telecom Iberia, on the acquisitions of fiber optics businesses from different telecommunication companies: Conred Comunicaciones, Wifiblaster and Wifilinks.
The three of them are Spain-based firms that specialise in optic fiber networks. Wifiblaster operates in Andalusia while Conred Comunicaciones operates in some municipalities of the same region and Wifilinks in Valencia.
By this deal, Adamo Telecom Iberia, acquired by Ardian during 2021, looks foward to expand fibre optics from urban to rural areas.
