Cuatrecasas advises Armancies Inversion
Cuatrecasas has advised the Spain based investment holding company, Armancies Inversions, on the sale of Abinitio Consulting and Energia Local Empresa de Servicios Energeticos.
Abinitio Consulting provides consultancy and BPO services for the improvement and optimisation of company and public administration processes. On the other hand, Energia Local is an operator of power plants and provider of energy consulting services.
In both deals, the team from Cuatrecasas advising Armancies Inversions was led by Roger Freixes (pictured).
