ICDR selects Freshfields Madrid associate, Laura Lozano, for its Y&I Global Advisory Board

Madrid office Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer´s associate, Laura Lozano, has been selected as a member of the Global Advisory Board of ICDR Young & International  for a three-year term

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has announced this morning the appointment of its senior associate Samantha Lord Hill (Dubai and Singapore offices) and its associate Laura Lozano (Madrid office) as members of the Global Advisory Board of

ICDR Young & International by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) for a three-year term (2020 – 2023).

The Global Advisory Board is in charge of preparing and holding events and conferences and has a vital advisory function in the ICDR Y&I decision-making process. They also focus on regional network-building by raising awareness of the ICDR Y&I in the arbitration community.

Samantha Lord Hill (pictured, left) graduated in Law and holds a Master´s degree from Murdoch University. Her practice focuses on commercial, natural resources and major capital projects-related arbitration disputes.

Laura Lozano (pictured, right) holds a double Degree in Law and Business from Universidad de Comillas and a Master of Laws in International Arbitration from Perperdine University. She is currently working for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Dispute Resolution Group in Madrid and recently finished her Energy and Natural Resources Law LL.M. at Queen Mary University of London.
