RRP Advogados advises US Medical Properties on €28.2m investment in Portugal

Portuguese law firm RRP Advogados has provided legal advice to the US company Medical Properties Trust in its first investment in Portugal, for a value of €28.2 million 

Medical Properties Trust acquired a hospital complex that includes José de Mello Group´s CUF Viseu Hospital, for €28.2 million.

RRP Advogados´s team involved in this operation was formed by Ricardo Reigada Pereira (pictured), managing partner, Hélder Santos Correia and Tamara Martins da Fonseca.
