HSF assists Magnum with stake acquisition in ISDI
Herbert Smith Freehills has counselled Magnum Capital on the acquisition of a 70 per cent stake in ISDI
As previously informed today by Iberian lawyer, Spanish Private Equity firm Magnum Capital has invested in Madrid-headquartered digital business school ISDI (Instituto Superior para el Desarrollo de Internet) with the aim of jointly developing a new project called Digital Talent Group, which will focus on business and digital technology education in Spain, Latin America and the United States.
The Private Equity firm has purchased a 70 per cent stake in the Spanish online business school for €35 million, resulting in an enterprise value of €50 million. This operation has been chosen by TTR as the deal of the month (August) in Spain.
