Hogan Lovells Madrid team acts for Drom on Givaudan deal
A multijurisdictional Hogan Lovells team including Madrid-based partner Alex Dolmans (pictured) advised perfume business Drom on its sale to Givaudan.
Founded in 1911, Drom is headquartered near Munich in Germany and employs around 500 people.
Perfume company Givaudan, which is headquartered in Switzerland, achieved sales of around €5 billion in 2018.
The Hogan Lovells team in Madrid also included associate Hugo Muñoz.
The deal was led by lawyers in the firm’s Munich office.
