Garrigues and Cuatrecasas in the acquisition of El Mosca
The Spain based holding company providing logistics and distribution services Compania de Distribucion Integral Logista Holdings is to acquire 60% of Transportes El Mosca, the local freight co from Accionistas Particulares I, the investment holding company having an interest in the cultivation and production of potatoes and companies which provide business consulting.
The consideration was €106m ($111.34m).
The transaction is subject to necessary authorizations and approvals have been received from national authorities and the European Union and is expected to complete around September/October 2022.
