Garrigues advises Corpfin Capital on Grupo Preving deal

Garrigues advised Corpfin Capital on the sale of a majority stake in Grupo Preving to Artá Capital.

Spanish company Grupo Preving specialises in occupational risk prevention in Spain, where it has more than 70,000 companies as clients, covering a workforce of more than 600,000 employees.

The Garrigues team included partners Jaime Bragado (pictured) and Ramón Tejada, senior associate Beatriz Moroy and associate Manuel Gómez.

Artá Capital was advised by Deloitte.
